Last Day of Swimming Lessons

This is the first of three parts of Maddy's race with her team mates. Just look at her tail wiggle. Tristen and Maddy had a great time, even though I had to twist Tristen's arm to go. He admited later that he enjoyed it.

Here's Tristen attempting a dive. I'll make sure to do a after 2 weeks video to see if he's improved but as for now you kind of just want to yell "KEEP YOUR LEGS STRAIGHT!"

Swimming Lesson Time!

Here are the kids at their swimming lessons. Everyday for 2 weeks should improve their skills. Madisen is the youngest one in her group and she's done very well. She does have a cousin that will be an olympic swimmer (Moni) so maybe it's in the geans. They're having fun and that's all that matters.

Fun in the Sun!

After a long winter, and I mean long it's finally starting to feel like summer. It's Father's day weekend and here we are in our backyard watching the kids play on the slip and slide. We later went to the river but that water was ice cold so we decided to just come back home. With some new waterguns and outside toys it became a very good day.

Family Reunion 2008

This year we had our family reunion in Las Vegas. Mami, Papi, Sal, Melissa, Anna, Moni, and us. We had lots of fun lounging by the pool at our resort.

Jon finished his initiation into the Cervantes Dominoes Club.
